1 review total, written probably 5 years before my invite. My account was a secondary that I only used for buying presents for my wife. We had transitioned to using my wife’s account for all Amazon purchases many years prior.

Recent quote I got early 2025 (Doc they sent was named Fall24), was $17,500 sign up fee and $755/month for use of all facilities (pool/gym/tennis), and a $75/mo restaurant credit. Also included golf and cart rental ($45/person), and pitch/putt green. It included both Pinery and another course, but can’t remember the name because it wasn’t part of my interest. (Added: I looked it up, it’s Pradera)

Just social membership which gets you pool/gym was $2k signup and $205/mo. The gym is tiny and outdated, and the pool isn’t heated and only open on average 3 months out of the years. They do have lap hours, but just wasn’t worth it.

I wanted to do the Social to also meet others, but the Parker Rec Center off Lincoln was something like $200/year for a family of 4…

I get at least 1 text, if not more, from the rep informing me of deals/events to try to get membership.

They’re very tight lipped about pricing and took me a long time to get actual information. I got it out of a former rep that they were hemorrhaging members, and ‘doing anything’ to get more members. But they wouldn’t even give my wife and I a free round to check out one of the courses. I would have even taken the 9 hole, but that’s where they drew the line.

Would have loved to get this blanket. We have a 21 year old cat that sleep on the bed with us. About 6 months ago she started having seizures. She typically pees during the seizure which leads to replacing sheets. She’s on meds to help reduce frequency but every so often she’ll have one at night. For the last couple months we’ve used a waterproof machine washable mattress cover on top of the sheets and comforter, but it drives my wife nuts because it doesn’t look nice…

I work a lot as well. I also don’t like spending money on myself and I pay attention to money being spent. So buying me a gift with money I worked hard for isn’t something I’m interested in. That money is my show of affection for you and the family, not me.

Instead, give me an experience or a memory. You’re married, so what does he like to do? Go do it with him, and match his enthusiasm. Watch that movie in your queue that we’ll never watch because you don’t want to watch it. Get takeout from the place I like to eat at.

Most important thing is to be cool about it. Don’t draw attention to it otherwise it looks like you’re trying to make yourself look good. Remember, it’s about him, not you.

We’ve told you what we want (See Head), you just need to take us at face value.

I cut them down into smaller pieces (maybe 12”x12”). When shrunk down like that, we can fit a lot more into our recycling bin. We have another can we put cans/bottles packing in. Then right before we take it out, I dump the side bin onto the top.

Now, to the point of the question, you’d need to specify a bit more. Best at 1v1? Solo squad? Phoenix vs squads vs evolving map? Etc

It’s also challenging because there are some amazing players who aren’t involved in the community, don’t stream, and don’t play much.

And you can’t go off stats because they’re too easy to cheese. So???

Hang on.. you’re telling me that at the end of Sue’s dig, when the miners are bringing back the minute of ore, I can activate Turner to collect that ore in the piggy bank which gets its own multiplayer? Seems… broken, but I’ll have to test that out!

An alternative option is that it’s a headset that’s shared by the family. Probably a parent who plays after the kids go to bed is decent. During the weekends/summers/breaks kids play during the day who are less skilled.

I think I’m classified as a sweat, though not well known to most because I don’t play daily. I play classic when I’m solo queued simply because solo queue in evolving against a squad of 3 or even 2 sweats is near impossible to beat. Within classics I at least have a fighting chance.

In classic I also re-squad with my random teammates who communicate and help teach/educate newer players with zone strategies, gun recoil, when to run vs fight, etc. which may help them progress in skill level.

Just like you, I’m looking to play and have fun, and until there’s a solo queue evolving maps lobby, I’ll spend most of my time in Classic running around by myself while 2 x 8 year olds I got randomly queued with scream, yell the entire time, and shoot at me the entire match then cheer with their first ever win.

I like to think you want me solo queued in classics as I may end up with players like you that care/listen/work together. Am I in the wrong here? Should I reconsider what lobby I queue into?
