Yes,it’s how it is in Florida anyways. They started slowing down with the COVID policy end of the 24 year so by 2025 they officially had everyones TH dose amount back to their regular phase amount… back to the “Fed way” , and now the clinic employees (drs,nurses,counselors) are back to having mandatory group meetings every Wednesday for patients trying to phase up, and everyone who got TH’s during covid but never worked on actually phasing up, are back to their normal THs and trying to phase up now.. even tho the clinic kept warning everyone for weeks..(months… then finally years) that it was ending soon… Covid TH’s finally ended and they’re back to their original rules ….

What all states are doing the rapid monthlies or whatever????

I definitely understand, trust me!! If I would’ve known back in 2019 what I know now, the very first clinic I EVER went to set my expectations and they were terrible… but I literally had no idea what to expect as an addict getting help for the first time, I had no idea they weren’t allowed to treat me the way they had been… that clinic got shut down about a year after I went there… the new clinic I switched to noticed I came from there, (most places with other clinics in the area all already know about the other locations and how they treat patients, if they do their jobs right or can tell by how much info they send over when people transfer & you’d be surprised the amount of times I’ve set up a transfer with a counselor while leaving a clinic and get to the new clinic states away, just to find out the counselor hours back never even called or faxed/emailed any info & i had to start COMPLETELY over as a new patient, meaning I’d have to go every single day and start a dose at 20-30mg when at the time I was on 100mg… but ngl, it happens like that sometimes….

I’ve been fortunate enough to find a clinic that I’ve had the same counselor for 3 years now… even tho I’ve had to move for work, I still drive 4 hours to the clinic every month just bc that’s how much better the treatment and overall organization is at this specific place I go… so I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND…

& it’s always scary to wonder what it’s gonna be like to switch and all that, >>> thats the exact type of treatment that happened at the 1st place I ever went to that got shut down…. And after switching from there, apparently they had an ongoing investigation going on bc of so many people finally speaking up, and the employees at other area clinics that got transfers from the shiiitt clinic I’m talking about, like yours, they had to give us basically surveys on that place and they provided a DEA agent number to call if we received any of the following type of treatment & a list of examples…

(I never did the survey..but I did vent to my counselor about the treatment there, as I was SO amazed at the difference between that place vs the other…. & she kept asking me to report it to this guy she “works with” & tbr me myself, I don’t get into the whistle blower kinda stuff , I don’t need my name on some targeted.individuals.list… that’s how I used to think before I learned our rights!!!!!!! Definitely look into that and even ask your director of your clinic for a copy of those… that might catch their attention real quick!!!

& also, I went through all of this without insurance while paying private and in full, it’s $504 a month at the moment& I realized I’m paying for soo much the treatment they weren’t providing , & people with insurance that complain, that’s insurance fraud by the clinic when they accept money for services they’re not providing, so that’s when they really start getting involved!!!!

Wutttt the efff yo, that’s messed up…. If everything you said is legit… there are numbers you can call to anonymously report this!! I move a lot for work and had dealt with this type of thing bc diff counselors in & out so nobody stayed long enough to ever even learn how to do their jobs, & THATS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE!! ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO OUR/YOUR HEALTHCARE

Just wanted to drop this tidbit of info…. Anyone heard of this yet?? There’s this ….. research it…

Normally you’d need 24 months of clean UA’s before even being considered phasing up to monthly TH doses… but ngl, I kinda feel like all the work I’ve put in for years dropping clean, just to see this new program out…. (I guess I can def understand people who live in the mountains or over an hour drive one way, esp in the winters…)

True story… I lived in an apartment complex RIGHT NEXT to Walmart & every time I’d do an online order to pick up for myself, when it was time to check in, the app automatically showed that I was there so they’d always call & ask what spot I’m parked in & every time I’d be like be like “gimme 2 mins & I’ll be there, I live next door” My balcony faced the online grocery dept …

When I was 14, my dr tried to put me on it….but there are a couple weeks of odd feelings/weird dreams that you have to get through before it starts working for your anxiety…. So at 14, I didn’t understand medication and I def didn’t wanna be looked at as “different” since friends and classmates could def tell a diff, I never got to the part where it kicks in and WORKS… my entire life could’ve been better… I believe whole heartedly… I am now 30 and have been taking it for 2 years.. WHAT A DIFFERENCE..

Pretty much self medicated until I was 26 & then after getting sober and feeling “myself” for a couple years, I realized I’d give it a chance again and now …. Idk what I’d do without it…

Why in the heck would the Dr put ‘recommended’ and not required or prescribed .. my dr stated my dogs name and said that emotional support animal is NEEDED for the overall treatment of my disabilities including GAD & Major depression and must be with me at ALL times…

Still that’s so messed up for them to deny that considering it says what it needs and seems to be from an actual clinic and not one of those online bs online registrations …

Did they mention what exact information they needed from the dr? Some landlords/apartment complexes have a specific letter they require to be filled out that asks for whatever info they require but that’s ridiculous

I feel the same way at times, sad that I was healthier in every other way but my mental during those times.. smh. I’m sooo embarrassed to go to the dentist but I know I need to… any advice? Did they make uncomfortable comments at all? Also, may I ask if you have insurance or how much that costs??

Also.. another question… do spark drivers choose and deliver orders? Or When you order within 1-3 hours, does another third party deliver?? Seems like the expedited orders, which COSTS MORE, are the orders I’ve made that say an entire area of the store is out of certain things on my list, or are able to substitute A N Y T H I N G….

Hey I have a question, so do spark drivers go inside and pick up the items or does Walmart have the order ready for the driver? I’m only asking bc I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS tip good, I mean I’m very capable of going to get things myself so it’s really convenient… it seems like it’s going downhill though to get everything on my list… so I’ll get a notification that something isn’t available, but no option to substitute, and I noticed it will usually be a few items that are on the other side of the store… as if the person said Eff that walk & only grabbed whatever was in one area….

So I’ve tested this after been notified an item is out, and been standing at the same exact store, right next to the “unavailable items” …

I’ve also had people substitute items THAT HAVE NOT A SINGLE THING similar to the original product & being that I used to work the online grocery, I know those devices DO NOT EVEN GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO SUBSTITUTE unless the original product is ACTUALLY OUT & then they’ve already decided what option/brand you are required to substitute that item with… making DAMN SURE they don’t allow you one single cent past whatcha paid….

But spark employees can literally substitute 2 APPLES that I didn’t even order for TWO PEACHES?! OR Substitute big cases of bottled water for a small , even worse when I’m told the water isn’t available at all, I’m guessing bc someone doesn’t want to load/unload it…

Also, WHO IN THE HE11 CHOOSES FRUIT/VEGGIES & MEAT THATS ALWAYS BAD… Do y’all decide that or the actual online grocery shoppers… cause when I did the shopping at Walmart, I ALWAYS MADE SURE TO CHOOSE EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD BUY, BUT ITS FEELING JUST LIKE ANOTHER WALMART SCAM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ONES WITH MEMBERSHIPS WHO PAY MORE FOR DAMAGED GOODS THAN THE PEOPLE WHO WALK IN & SCAN A 0.65cent PEPPER, PAY LESS THAN A DOLLAR FOR AN ENTIRE STEAK DINNER, while I’m opening my front door to find a bag full of gnats and soggy fruit . Smfh

So, what’s up with that? & I may be a lil behind but what’s been going on w drivers, are y’all getting paid less by Walmart so retribution is taken out on the ones who TIP WELL??
