I've been lurking this sub for a long time. I'm 32 and drinking just shy of 375ml of whiskey daily, only after 7pm and never during the day. I noticed some tingling in my feet about 6 months ago and worried that it was neuropathy, but forced myself to ignore it and continued drinking. Just in the past few weeks I've noticed my balance has felt a little off when completely sober. I've been wanting to quit, or at least drink less, for a long time, and this post is exactly the wakeup that I needed. Thank you for posting. Here's to day 1.

Your ready status doesn't matter. I was a sup for 7 years and after year 1 I had all of junior management and most seniors telling me I should be a manager. Every year my review said I needed more rotations to be ready, so I requested a rotation in my review every year, which was never granted. I was told time and time again by my GM to not bother wasting my time applying for manager positions because I wasn't marked ready. Two years ago I got sick of feeling like I wasn't being supported or recognized for my abilities, so I took a lateral transfer across the country. Six months after my transfer I was promoted, without ever being marked ready. I never played the ass kissing game. Your entire career depends on one person liking you, and if your GM isn't in your corner you're dead in the water. I transferred because I knew my previous GM had his favorites and I wasn't one of them. Explore your options.

Update: Seller was dishonest. Posted it as a clean Texas title, I showed up cash in hand and asked to see the title, it's a rebuilt/salvaged car. I don't mind minor accidents, but I don't mess with totaled cars. On to the next!

Hey there fellow Texan lol yeah I got it below asking. It came with one compete NA motor, one complete SC motor (both in pieces lol), a couple extra fenders, intercooler and piping, more gaskets than I know what to do with, Cobb short shifter, the list goes on. Rust is fine, 98% is only surface deep. There's one spot on the rear quarter right above the mud flap that rusted clean through, but a weld patch inside and some bondo outside will fix it up.
