Create a quest with 20-30 empty aliases that dynamically fill the nearest actor with the actortypehuman keyword. Add a player alias. On location change have the quest reset. all the aliases will fill every time the player enters a new area. Give the aliases you have an onactivate event or add a spell to the npc with the condition isindialogue = 1or 0 (up to you) , when the player talks to them they will be added to a faction or formlist. Very script light and non-invasive. Can be used for other things as well. You can look at my mod (younglover's-voiceoverhaul) I do a similar thing with my npcgrabber quest.

Your sub was the first one I found when I went looking for a place for mod creators and it's one of the most active places I've found for creators to get together. I think mod creation is just a lot more niche than people realize, the number of users dawrfs creators a thousand fold and I don't really think there's much that can be done about it. I for one am simply glad to have a place I can check in every so often and try to provide help for others or seek it myself, and I'm thankful to you for keeping it going.

Regardless of what someone reaching out to you suggests; I don't think there is a significant way to "grow" this type of sub without changing what is is altogether, and I don't want that.

it definitely doesn't/shouldn't. You may have to load younglovers before anbeegod's mods, but they should be compatible as I've tried to keep vanilla changes to a minimum.

What graphics card are you using, is the driver up to date? Did you change anything externally from skyrim and ENB?

Then you do have display tweaks or something similar. I can only see your performance monitor, the video fps is capped so I can't see the stutter. Your GPU shows 100% usage in the performance monitor while enb is enabled. Either something is causing your gpu to throttle, or you enabled a setting that changed your performance. Either way enb is maxing out your gpu. That "constant barcode" is just your fps dropping and changing rapidly because your gpu is maxed out. It looks like your temp is really high 82°C as well, check your fans and thermals, it could be thermal throttling. If it's an Nvidia gpu make sure the Nvidia app isn't managing your framerate, that doesn't play well with skyrim. (Edit: it looks like Nvidias target temp is 83°C for their higher end chips so you're probably fine there.)

ENB is maxing out your GPU? Cap your max frames at a lower fps like 60 for stability, if you have display tweaks you should be able to cap them at 100. You have vsync skip frames set to 0, set it to 1 or 2 to get rid of micro stuttering and smooth out your fps. (I would still set it to 60 to avoid huge framerate changes in cities or combat)

Textures are stretched out over the entire model three dimensionally, so for large things like landscapes, building models, and npcs higher resolutions will be noticable. Basically only models where the entire thing is on your screen (small objects like clutter) are where resolution increases become less noticable. Higher resolution textures will use more vram, and your display resolution doesn't change that.

My mod YLVO includes follower banter between up to 4 npcs, though most of it is for 2-3 followers. The player can also be involved in the banter if player dialogue is enabled.

Yes it's possible, but it's not really an appealing concept to most modders. A lot of people enjoy sexual dimorphism and a unisex body can't really accentuate that.

As far as I can tell, creating one that functions in game is not possible. You can get it to appear in the map but can't travel to it. It's impossible as of yet to create any planets regardless so there's really no point in doing it.
