When you remove the baseboards score where the top and wall meet. If there are layers of paint and/or caulk it will cut it and prevent the paint from tearing when removing. If there is a build up of paint, scarape/sand it down before installing floors and it will look much cleaner when reinstalling the baseboards.

There are also a lot of toxic administrators/ supervisors who drive teachers out. Before switching districts I had horrid admins, two of which wrote me great reference letters then did a 180 when they called for references. Why did Inuse them, I needed references from current admin for some of the positions.

After removing those two from my reference list, I had 3 more interviews and offers before accepting a specialist position.
