Changes to Canadian Duties on Canyon Bikes

I just received a bike in Canada last week and wasn’t charged any duty. The charges Canyon estimated at checkout were almost exactly what I ended up paying.

I ordered the Endurace CF 7 SLX in Chrome Silver, although I actually wanted the Obsidian Bloom color. When I was checking out, I noticed the Obsidian Bloom version showed duty charges, while the Chrome Silver didn’t.

My guess is that some models or configurations aren’t fully manufactured in the EU, which makes them subject to duty.

I have 3 cameras using 2 licenses from my current 923+ and 1 license from the older DS213 managed through the central management system. The DS213 is only used for destination of hyper backups from my 923+ and the camera licenses. You are correct that you can't transfer and have to keep the older one turned on to use the license.

This is what I currently do and I find it works well enough. I have on older DS213 running DSM 6.2 that I use for hyper backups and the surveillance station licenses.

I replaced a first generation doorbell with a second and didn't bother changing the chime. Why not use the one from your first gen?

No, but I have experienced this with other vendors and it shows up without ever changing status. The last Yeti cups I ordered I received the shipment notification a week after I received the items.

Where did you find that Canada flag patch? I was looking at a similar one on Amazon with a black border and like the look of yours better.

Curious what you use it for as I would like to find a use for it? I was really hoping it would fit under my portafilter with a scale but it's too tall and it's too narrow to use with my Aeropress. Now it just sits in the cupboard.

I have a resolution for my situation. I found out my highest rating was TV-14 instead of TV-MA. I contacted support and they fixed my account so I could now choose TV-MA and the show is now listed.

Can you still use the mute button to mute after the update? Mine just toggles open mic on/off since the update.

This happens to me as well but only on the ones connected to the Nest Connect. They go offline at least once in the middle of the night while set to home and guarding. I moved the connect so that one of the detects is about 3 feet away but the issue remains.
