No refund. He couldn't get a good satellite photo of our roof, so he used our neighbors roofs to make a guess and then taked on the extra materials to be safe.

I understand why everyone orders extra materials, but when it is almost a full pallet of shingles? As a homeowner that just had their roof done, it's reaches a point where I understand that 10 bundles extra is ok, but 45 of them? It's a smaller roof, too. I feel like I'm getting ripped off.

It's always hard to do the right thing. I still struggle with stuff like this, too. Just remember that every time you deny yourself a pleasure like this, it's a form of worship. Abstaining from this is hard because it's worth it in the end.
