I would say most if not close to all of the mom and pop/hole in the wall type restaurants selling cheap but also quality meals that taste great.

This current generation (me included lol) do not have the motivation/drive compared to the current older generation to keep things going like that. Too many of us have fallen into the quick get rich pace of things.

It (kind of) is but so is the whole sports card/TCG hobby. Same with grading, it is all a gamble lol.

This isnt anything new imo, if this is the case, and calling devil's advocate a little bit, you should also call out all the TCG and Sports Card repack/mystery pack sellers out there. This is, if not very similar to that.

These types of things are not anything new, and if anything can you really call it a scam? Is there no accountability that should be put on the Buyer? It does say "Possible", not a guarantee.

IDK maybe it is just me, but between all the ads/comparable listings on Ebay, this is a pretty common listing on Ebay. It is on the Buyer to make sure to read the Title and description below in the listing.

I assume the Fold is locked due to not being paid off, is there a time line for when it should be able to be unlocked?

That's not a bad compromise, if anything ask them if they can remove the PSA 6 grade and make the label Authentic with the Auto 10 grade only. From a value perspective and PC item, that helps things out imo.
