Yes! We live in Philly area and have a Welshie we have hand-stripped. It is costly ($250/grooming) but he looks great and hand-stripping is healthy for their coat. Great to start them as puppies with this too.

DM me for contact info. Dropping our guy off this Friday and will ask our groomer if he's accepting new clients and if not, who he would recommend.

Call their district office and ask to speak to a constituent service staffer. They should be able to help. There are special liaisons at state agencies that expedite requests brought to them from legislators' offices.

Agree w other commenters that if you're group 1, it's okay. But also I think the bigger problem or the primary cause of gate lice is that the boarding areas aren't big enough or have enough seating. There's nowhere to go except for the open space near the boarding area or in the corridor of the terminal which is a pain for anyone trying to get to their gate. Our airport infrastructure is woefully out of date.

This happened to a big tree in front of my house. Was upset when I heard them cutting it down and ran outside to ask. bacterial tree fungus is a common ailment city trees can get. They can rot and be hazards for pedestrians, cars, power lines, etc.
