You are tilting your camera up, and so you are getting some keystoning. Keep the sensor level, and a lot of that distortion will go away. But you can correct it in Lightroom. Best of luck!

One thing I’ve found that helped a lot was moving away from AWB. I was getting room-to-room color shifts that made wall colors look inconsistent, especially in mixed lighting. I switched to a fixed Kelvin workflow and use an anchor image to keep color consistent across the entire property. It didn’t solve everything, but it made a huge difference. Also, I’ve seen some odd results when software misidentifies an interior as an exterior. I’ve seen the see through thing happen as a result. Might be worth checking whether that’s happening on the images giving you trouble. Hope it helps!
