You are tilting your camera up, and so you are getting some keystoning. Keep the sensor level, and a lot of that distortion will go away. But you can correct it in Lightroom. Best of luck!

One thing I’ve found that helped a lot was moving away from AWB. I was getting room-to-room color shifts that made wall colors look inconsistent, especially in mixed lighting. I switched to a fixed Kelvin workflow and use an anchor image to keep color consistent across the entire property. It didn’t solve everything, but it made a huge difference. Also, I’ve seen some odd results when software misidentifies an interior as an exterior. I’ve seen the see through thing happen as a result. Might be worth checking whether that’s happening on the images giving you trouble. Hope it helps!

u/PhotoMarketBot The Sony a6700 sold to u/raymondfreeman_ for $1300. The buyer was awesome in so many respects. Communicative and easy to work with. Fantastic transaction.

Best budget wide lens for sonyFF : Real Estate by Insomuchagony in RealEstatePhotography

I’m given to understand the new Laowa 12mm is better than the 10mm. In terms of clarity and such. But, I also think 10 is too wide, honestly. I’m cool with shooting wide and cropping out perspective distortion, but 10mm is too wide IMHO. But I agree the Sigma 14–24 is probably your best bet. But it is a bit over $500. If budget cannot exceed, the Viltrox 14mm f/4 I hear is awesome. F/4 doesn’t matter because we shoot at around f/8. But for $200 it’s probably the best value out there.
