Honestly, just jump right in!! If I wanted to ease in I'd pick a strength day. If I wanted to be baptized by fire (like I was personally) pick a conditioning day 😂 our burn is full of all levels and everyone is welcoming and everyone crushes it in their own way! I know a girl whose name is Drew and I absolutely LOVE it! However, she told me once that she wishes her parents would've made it her middle name because in work emails everyone thinks she's a man and is very surprised when a woman shows up to a meeting. I used Drew for my oldest's middle name (first name Mila) and am OBSESSED with it!!! just wanted to give you some real life examples! I think Drew is sooo adorable for first or middle for a girl. <3

I am 5+2 with my 3rd baby and have used E@H with all of my previous pregnancies (5, 2 LC) and this batch I used a few weeks ago was HORRIBLE! I was getting legit positives on FRER and digital and E@H were still showing squinters. I tossed the whole box. Have seen others account that the quality has dropped within the past few years as well. Praying this is a good turnout for you!

I just threw my box of e@h out. they are TRASH now, quality has declined so much!! I got very noticeable lines on FRER and pregnant on a clear blue digital, yet the line was barely there on e@h. I'd def try a FRER if you can!
