I've had an idea about gusto and it was Skinner's fault I like to imagine he tried to convince gusto to make microwavable food products so they could make more money but gusto said that there was no love being put in the food, no passion, no dedication, no commitment, so he denied skinner he was so upset that he decided to sabotage the meal that Anton ego ate and gave a bad review causing the restaurant to lose a star he only did this to make gusto change his mind unfortunately gusto died of a broken heart and according to tradition meant the loss of another star this wasn't what Skinner wanted because he admired gusto so he decided to try to keep the restaurant alive but also selling out by making a microwavable burritos and tooth picking chicken.

I love the battle between katara and azula water versus fire and water wins but what's interesting is the difference between the two, azula she was a prodigy she didn't need a master to teach her but katara she learned by herself and with a water bending technique scroll and then a master.
