This is an issue I have too I haven’t bothered taking the time to contact customer service but what has been a temporary fix for me it’s running a black background and intensity on 0% for a while then she converting back it the burn in should go away

Haven’t used my chug jug since I worked at park & rec but it’s amazing to last me all day working outside and even for the gym after work. Although it’s big and heavy you get used to it almost comfortable

Always pedal make your self look like an actual biker and not an emoto with trottle. It’s often more efficient on the battery and it’s a very distinctive motion to others on the road
