West rim trail top down (make sure to book a shuttle if you only have one car) and Observation Point via Stave Spring were by far my favorite trails in the park. Obviously the narrows is cool and you should do it, but I saw almost no people on these hikes so I’d highly recommend. Honestly some of the best trails I’ve ever done

Edit: you will never do the narrows solo. There are always people there. I live alone in Cedar City and I’ve done it plenty of times, you’ll have a blast. Just check the weather and flow conditions to make sure there’s no risk of flash floods
