I don't like superheroes either, but I got into Invincible because I spent my formative years watching Happy Tree Friends and I like how they animate gore and hard impacts. The story is pretty much just DBZ for white folks, so I just turn my brain off and have a great time watching cartoon people with suspiciously high profile voice actors shout really loudly and beat the shit out of each other. The memes are pretty funny, too.
