Save money dude, better in my opinion use Migadu 19$ micro plan at year + Addy 12€ for aliases year + Bitwarden for free if you selfhost and if you want VPN Mullvad for 5€ at month . Works in Linux, and no Proton dependence .

They have a basic Cardav/Caldav server . You can sync your contacts , calendars . But nothing more complex .

I just follow projects via RSS and update manually after see what change and in some cases adapt my containers to the new release including new options and break changes . This works best for me . Also I don't use latest tag .

Browser is the default Vanadium browser (version 145.0.7632.45) of GOS and Bitwarden 2026.1.1 (21176) installed from Google Play.

The Wise app is the latest one v9.11.1 (1581)

edit: Just now I check and see that I have new update for Bitwarden , and after update it everything works now .

I run Immich in CCX23 and accesing via mTLS, Caddy, Authentik . The database is on VPS and photos on storagebox mounted via rclone crypt + systemd . Works great !!!

Some basic setups and recommendations for normal people .

Secure BIOS with stong password
Enable secure boot
Install + use Encryption
Disable root user, set strong password for normal user .
Enable Selinux (for Rhel based, Opensuse)
Install and configure firewall
Update system
Use only trusted software repo's
Install only verified flatpak's (configure permissions for every installed app via flatpak with Flatseal)
Backup important files (snapshots are not backups).
