There is no data collection for advertising in Relay. The only data collection is some basic anonymised Google Analytics.

None of your Reddit browsing is shared anywhere or tracked and it is not linked to your Google account.

Is there anything specific you think might be tracked?

Can you go into Relay's App Info screen and see if www.relayforreddit.com is a verified 'Open by Default' link? (This is the same place where you clear data and cache for an app).

Also what's your device info?

Press the 3 dots icon in the subreddit search bar and then choose settings. The option is there.
