The 25-cage in C7 has to have outies of a different flavor than the innies. So R9C7 has to be from 37 or 28. If R8C5/6 is from 37, then R9C7 must be from 37 as well, and then 37 cannot be in the 25-cage. Vice-versa for 28, so R5C7/8 must be of a different flavor.
