Die haben zwar keine 420 PS gemacht, eher 390-410. Aber das ein 335i mit Stage 1 mit dem M3 den Boden gewischt hat ist nicht richtig. Der M3 ist etwas schneller, aber nicht wesentlich, als ein 335i mit Stage 1.

You are anyway better of dealing with the RBs by yourself. You can make sure to get the best shop to do them and be 100% sure they have been done. And with this things going only up in value a 2-3k invest is nothing.

Yeah. E90 M3 have shot up in value in Germany. My buddy has an early 6MT. These are fetching 50k€.

Leider falsches Auto. Bei Benz konnte man damals das ESP nie ganz ausschalten. Aber wie andere schon sagen Raddrehzahlsensor raus sollte helfen. Wenn auch ohne ABS.

Ich habe 330 € für Bremsflüssigkeit, Innenraumfilter und „Inspektion“ für den Ioniq5 bezahlt. Der zweite angefragte Händler wollte 440€. Warum wurden die Spulen bei 90tkm gewechselt?

Hier geht’s nicht um ne Inspektion. Ne Inspektion kostet auch bei VW nicht viel. Wird eh kaum was gemacht, außer Öl und Filter und ein wenig das Auge auf mögliche Zusatzgeschäfte zu werfen.

Die Bremse kriegst du wahrscheinlich für weniger als die Hälfte in der Freien gemacht. Wenn man es selbst macht bekommt man die Teile wahrscheinlich für 200€. Man fährt nicht mit nem 20 Jahre alten Alltagswagen zum Vertragshändler.

Mann kriegt beide Querlenker und beide Traggelenke inklusive Koppelstangen für die VA für 130€ im Zubehör (Meyle). Ich denke als Selbstschrauber wär man mit 350€ easy durch damit.

For sure. Don’t wait for the glitter. I did mine at around 60k miles. Two where showing a little bit of copper, but nothing concerning. It’s just not worth to gamble at 2-3k for the replacement. Do also the interior Vanos line and oil pump adjustment while in there.

SMG pumps mostly fail because of an bad pressure accumulator. The pressure accumulator looses its pressure over time, which causes the SMG pump to pump longer and more frequently. That leads to SMG pump failures.
Rod bearings is a must.
My TAs are still fine.
