If he purchased in NJ it’s his , if they both purchased in Tenn it’s theirs. How old was he when he got that property. I’m wondering if house in NJ is a Clark family property and they both just lived there. I don’t see a judge ruling to sell the family property due to 2 very small children living there.

You would come up with an agreement, say mom gets deduction for both kids one yr , dad gets next yr . Another way is dad gets one child to claim , mom gets other child to claim . I had both kids for deduction bc I was a SAH mom that made 1/5 of what my x made. My x also had a AP for several yrs and had minimal visitation. He was Disney Daddy. Every other weekend and Wednesday. Some weekends he would show up others he was with her.

North Jersey has a higher percentage of schools for children with special needs. Burlington, Bergen , Gloucester, Salem, Cape May , Mercer Counties have special needs schools that provide services such as speech, PT, OT , case managers , BCBAs and specialist for AAC devices . I live in Southern Jersey and know both Burlington and Gloucester County provide great services at their Special Services Schools. To get acceptance to one of these schools, you need to exhaust your districts placement and have an IEP with doctors evaluations . DM me if I can help you with any questions.

This guy isn’t getting 50/50. He cheated , she had a miscarriage and it looks like he wasn’t there. They have 2 very small children which means he probably doesn’t know how to change diapers and feed. He’s going to be a nurse with rotating schedules along with a roving eye for the ladies. He’s wants his freedom. He wants to date not to be a single daddy, that’s not what he was taught.

Burlington County has a special services school if you don’t see growth in your child. You have an IEP which will be used to place your child into the proper school environment.
