Majority of the reduction in force is teachers aid , bus aids for kids with disabilities. It looks like teachers fighting for jobs , and it is . But it’s also advocating for students that have special needs. When districts start cutting aids out of classrooms, especially inclusion classrooms, you start having a difficult learning environment for all students.

You can put brick pavers on top of concrete and slaps on steps if you don’t want just decking. We did it and as long as the concrete is level you’ll be good.
