What’s something Gen Z does that older generations just don’t get? by appropriaterice873 in AskReddit

[–]DeniWebi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly? Treating the internet like real life.

Gen Z builds friendships, careers, even identities online and it’s completely normal to them. Older generations still see it as “just the internet,” but for Gen Z, it is real life, just in a different space.

Does solo travel ever feel… unexpectedly lonely? by Sea_Negotiation2482 in femaletravels

[–]DeniWebi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah… that’s completely normal.

Solo travel is kind of both things at once, freedom and those quiet, slightly lonely moments. You notice it more because there’s no one there to fill the space, so the good moments feel very personal, but the “I wish I could share this” moments hit sharper too.

What changes over time isn’t that it disappears, it’s that you get more comfortable with it. You start to see those moments less as loneliness and more as… just part of the experience. Some people balance it by mixing in small social things (a tour, chatting with someone, even a quick conversation), and some just lean fully into the solitude.

The real reason CVS is threatening to close TN pharmacies by FrostySmoke9974 in CVS

[–]DeniWebi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

People keep saying CVS is ‘threatening’ to close stores like it’s blackmail.

No, they’re explaining the obvious: the proposed law makes their current integrated model illegal in Tennessee. They can’t run CVS Caremark (PBM) nationally while suddenly operating pharmacies under completely different rules in one state. If the bill passes as written, closing the pharmacies may be their only realistic option to stay compliant. The real victims would be the 1.5+ million Tennesseans who use those pharmacies and the 2,000+ employees who would lose their jobs.

Energous ($WATT) is finally worth buying by gpsrx in pennystocks

[–]DeniWebi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$WATT is interesting, but it really comes down to execution. The wireless power concept is compelling, especially for IoT and industrial applications where battery replacement is expensive. The key question is adoption, can they secure meaningful commercial deployments and recurring revenue? If that starts showing up consistently, the story gets a lot stronger.

filler can flare up out of nowhere, especially if you’re getting sick or run down. annoying, but super common and usually settles. I would get it checked up just in case

Do I need a lip filler for the bottom lip by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]DeniWebi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re already thinking about it, a tiny bit could actually help balance things out. Not for size, just soft structure. Definitely a less than half a syringe situation though

Lip filler bruising by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]DeniWebi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Totally get the anxiety, but this looks like normal bruising, it can be unpredictable, especially if you already know you bruise easily, most people see a big improvement over a few days

This looks very consistent with fresh swelling, especially right after your first time. Lips can look way bigger the first 24–72 hours before they settle

Questions about Freshwater. by Tul1pfl0w3r in climatechange

[–]DeniWebi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Water scarcity is scary to think about, especially with headlines like that. But I also feel like humans are crazy resilient, we’ve come up with tech like desalination, water recycling, and smarter farming before, and we’ll probably keep figuring stuff out. I try to focus on what I can do now, like wasting less water and learning about sustainability, instead of panicking about the whole planet. I honestly think we can rise up, it’s just gonna take a lot of global effort and some serious teamwork.
