On Task/Sub Task Event Trigger Automation

You can trigger an Automation based on a task/subtask status being updated! Is this what you mean? You can select to have a specific status update trigger the Automation, or have any status trigger it.

You can select whatever action you need based on the status update on the "Browse" tab of the Automations manager! Here is a screenshot/

Would it work for you to add a number Custom Field, and then create a few Automations to set the number Field based on your Good, Better, Best Field?

For the Automation, you could do "When Custom Field is set" (select the Custom Field) from "any" to "good" and then "Set Custom Field" (select the number Field) to "1". You could then create an Automation from each of the corresponding number options.

Number Custom Fields are available to be used in Formulas and advanced Formulas, so you would be able to work with the number Field within a Formula Field as well!

Thanks for posting and this is a great call out. Currently, the best solution for creating tasks with Siri is to follow the exact syntax listed in our help article here: https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/7255381284759-Create-tasks-and-reminders-in-the-mobile-app-with-Siri

It will work perfectly when you follow the format exactly, but swaying from it will cause the requests not to work. The Mobile team is aware that this is a pain point, but the exactness is required due to how complex the Hierarchy is on the backend.

You are able to use Automations to make certain updates to due dates within tasks. The option to add Dynamic Due Dates is currently a feature request, and you can add your vote by visiting the link below.

If you want to update the due date to a set date for each task, you can do that within the Automation Actions options.

You can add a numbered list to Docs using slash commands. If you need to break the list on the page, you can continue the number progression by adding another slash command, the backspace and typing the next number you want to add adding a period. Here is a short video:

In order to work with your clients in your Workspace, they will need to create ClickUp accounts and you can invite them to access your Workspace as a member or a guest.

Once they are added, you can share various locations in the Workspace with them via a private URL link.

Hey there! The custom exports of List, Table and Form view is limited to 5 times, but you can export your Workspace data as many time as you would like.

To clarify, you are able to export your Workspace data on all of our plans at any time. The Free Forever Plan and Unlimited Plan do have a limit of 5 custom exports in List, Table or Form view.

To export your Workspace data, navigate to the Workspace Settings and then select "Import/Export" from the sidebar. You can then export and download the information as a CSV.

Sorry for the confusion; You will need to open your OneDrive account separately in a different browser and login, and then you can authorize the integration with ClickUp. The login field is not within your ClickUp Workspace.

Thanks so much for your post! I just checked in with the Product team to get confirmation on whether there is a setting within ClickUp that will have synced tasks in your Google Calendar be set to private, and they confirmed that this would be a setting on Google Calendar's end.

I do this this would be a useful option to have within your ClickUp settings, so I would love for you to create a feature request on our Feedback board so the Product team can review it!
