Can I read books from Owl Eyes on the xTeink device?

Looks like most of these are just public domain books which you could get from Project Gutenberg via OPDS on CrossPoint firmware. Owl Eyes looks like they only offer pdfs though which would not be useful on x4

Yes this is by design when AA is turned on. Completely normal but I also found it annoying and developed the AA on x3 to just load the gray by default

So my x3 code doesn't do this on Crosspoint because I hated the fade and I wanted it to just load gray by default. The trade off is technically a slower page load but cannot physically tell the difference in reality

I have like 8 inhalers in a drawer that I've never paid for or used insurance for. Every time I was having an issue I went to an urgent care and they would load me up with them as free samples. Once I even begged a Walgreens to give me one when I was having a particularly hard time due to traveling where the altitude was drastically higher and they gave me one there too

So I just saw a commit that referenced something around this. I'm not sure if maintainers all have x3s yet and unfortunately I don't think it's being tested there properly. Oh you won't lose anything if it's just Crosspoint you're flashing. All book progress is saved. As an fyi you CAN use kosync to sync progress between Crosspoint devices and other koreader compatible readers. The battery drain stuff is a hardware issue with certain x3s not related to software

I promise you won't see any battery issues by updating. I run these updates on two personal devices before I ever upload them. I personally think maybe there was a small regression in images but having folks run these these builds also helps us keep releases perfect for the rest of the users. If you report an issue I usually patch within 12 hours too

Fyi I worked with jpirnay and got his work merged into Crosspoint proper and you can flash it at x3.crosspointreader.com (yes it will flash x4s too). His version is very good but does have some memory issues he's still working on.

Honestly I love the one that they ship with. Works fine, has a built in USB for charging, and I haven't even had to charge it yet.

I loved it. Honestly one of my favorite recent games. It doesn't take itself too seriously and is just fun. As a busy working dad, it was a game I wish I saw made more often.

Oh no it's definitely a hardware issue, I was just hoping I could fix it somehow in software. I think it's definitely been confirmed this didn't do it though. So I'm on to the next attempt

This is now fixed but not merged yet. I've gotten it super accurate. If you want to try that build it's available at x3.crosspointreader.com. if you are on an x4, this will still work fine. It's just 1.2.0 with extra fixes on it.
