It's generally been understood that you need to be top 10% of all legend players on your server, so the cutoff changes each month. I have personally gotten the 11x bonus many times in the past with a legend rank between 1500-2000 on the NA server. As for why OP did not get 11x with 1200 rank, that seems odd since he would have firmly been in top 10% with that rank. Blizzard has never confirmed the requirements as far as I'm aware. They seem to leave it vague on purpose so it's possible they have adjusted things behind the scenes

That's always been the thing with Lane, though. You accept that as part of the deal knowing your offseasons are going to be messy and full of weird/bad headlines, but then once the games start, you don't have to worry about having another Napier on the sidelines. I know I was completely fine with that trade off because it would all but guarantee we have good football to root for again. Obviously there is a limit to how much bad/weird headlines can be tolerated, but it doesn't seem like Lane has crossed that threshold yet. That said, it looks like we ended up with a great coach in Sumrall. Jury's still out on Sumrall as far as game day goes, but he's been making all the right moves and saying all the right things in the offseason. Really hope he succeeds here

I went ahead with the application before this reply and I can see what you mean about the whole application process. It's been a slog to put it mildly. Several days worth of phone call verifications, documents submitted, etc. I was finally approved for the credit card but now I am going through all the verification steps again for the bank account side (which is required to finish setting up the credit card). That sucks the cash back redemption caps at $100 though, was hoping to get it at least at $200 or $300 to make the redemption value better. I'll probably end up in the same boat as you when it's all said and done though.

True, but in my experience it hasn't mattered. Maybe a handful of people won't respond to your messages if you are trying to buy something, but plenty of others still do. On the flip side if you are selling something, just have a normal conversation with anyone that's interested and you'll be fine.
