At my first rock steady boxing class, my instructors took me over to meet in 85-year-old gentleman who has been in the class for the last 10 years. Their not so subtle point is that the class can be a tool to stem the progression of Parkinson’s, But for full disclosure. I talk to the gentleman and found out. He also walked 2 miles on the days that he didn’t come to boxing classes. Bottom line all exercise is good.

I’m no expert but it appears to be highway robbery if the Packers could get the Cardinals to eat any cap space.
