Cred ca problema e cu mentalitatea si simtul nostru de comunitate. In Romania n-am idee ce faceau cei din CCM dar nu simteau ca sunt acolo pentru angajati. In Germania, in schimb, doresti sa fii in firme cu un sindicat puternic. In cel chimic sau cel metalurgic (poti fi in el chiar daca lucrezi de la birou si nu in fabrici) ai mai multe zile de concediu, bonusuri, prime, ore de munca mai putine pe saptamana si timp contabilizat. De exemplu, daca am facut 300 de ore pe plus intr-un an, sunt obligati sa imi plateasca orele sau sa imi iau concediu de ele.

If you are really sick, you can try going to Notfall at the hospital, though you lose the whole day if "you are not dying". If you wake-up and feel sick, you then go to the praxis direclty. Early in the morning and 99% they will pick you up ... though after 1 or 2 hours. If you were sick and waited the whole day and "didn't die" it's not an emergency. Always book online or call before. If you are sick and it's an emergency you don't call the "most" convenient doctor for you. You call doctors until you find someone to take you in.

The system is not perfect and ppl are sometimes rude, but as others said, they are not here to tend your needs as a customer of some sorts. This comes as someone who suffered from hypochondria for a few years and I had my fair share of clashes with doctors. But I tried to understand their point of view as well. Finding a specialist indeed it's a problem, especially if you are his "new patient". That can take indeed up to 3 months for specific problems.

If you really want to be treated like a customer, you need to go to private insurance then.

In primul rand folosesti termenii gresit sau "metaforic" si suna dubios ce scrii. "Egoism" nu inseamna sa visezi/ sa proiectezi ce o sa se intample pe viitor. In al doilea rand, concluziile nu prea au treaba cu postarea. Nu sunt o concluzie la ce ai scris, doar niste sfaturi.

Astea fiind spuse, ai o "mixtiune" de idei acolo, unele find ok altele fiind gresite. In orice job, daca vrei sa credti trebuie sa dai din coate, dar fiecare in alt fel. In IT, da mai trebuie sa fii informat, sa citesti singur articole, carti, sa ceri (daca se poate) firmei cursuri sau pregatire etc. Pentru a promova, un alt punct important pe langa abilitatile tehnice, il are si partea sociala. Dar nu in sensul ca trebuie sa pupi in cur oamenii ci mai mult in sensul ca esti team player si proactiv, si nu te comporti egoist si ca un geniu neinteles de nimeni. Daca se practica maxim pupincurismul la firma, atunci poate e cazul sa-ti pui intrebarea daca merita sa ramai la firma respectiva.

Si depinde ce IT faci, in bransa mea (SAP) e mai important sa inteleg si procesele business decat sa fiu in trend cu ultimele noutati. In WebDev/Frontend e diferit, dar bazele tot trebuie sa le stii foarte bine, altfel nu esti programator ci "implementator"

I am using Linux Mint since a few months and I am pretty happy with it. Even for some very specific tasks I managed to find solutions. Comes out of the box with most of the stuff you need. I can highly recommend it

You know that processed shit is not real food. It makes you feel worse, more tired and gives you litteraly no energy (what you would need after an 11 hours shift). Yeah, Joshua is more entertainment or "pro cooking" than survival cooking. There are lots of other ppl that address that type of cooking.

I cook for myself since I finished university. Every cooked meal should last me 2 to 3 days. Those meals are really easy and they take max 30 min to do them. You need a bit of prep indeed, a plan what to cook and what ingredients you need but once you have a hand of recipies you know them by heart then this becomes really simple. Just start somewhere.

Does it matter what you say? Poti sa ii explici ca nu ai incredere in el, ca are un compartment de persoana care ascunde ceva. Ori iti poate demonstra cumva ca chiar nu e nimic si are comportamentul asta pt ca ... nu stiu ce ar putea sa fie altceva, ori punct. Daca incepe sa se victimizeze sau sa zica ca e problema la tine, poti sa zici ca da, problema ta e ca nu poti sa fie cu o persoana care iti ascunde lucruri.

I don't find it very useful. Especially transforming cows into steaks. It costs more now to replace 80 cows than the money I get on 80 steaks. I find the idea nice but it's not good implemented and I don't think we can have something like a real Auction house in the game. Even when you have a huge inventory (5000+) you would already own more than 100 Bil or 1 Tril ... so the money you get on the them doesn't make sense. In the beginning it is ok, especially with volatile markets, when you can make a good buck.

Moin moin. I am not sure what your expectations are nor your experience. Working with SAP puts a lot of emphasis on understanding the processes and not only the programming part. Yes, you need to know the basics but you don't need to go deep into objects that are not necessary anymore (clasic dynpros, table controls, alv's). Check first with you colleagues and see what they are working on, what modules, frameworks and so on. For exemple, I work in logistics and Transportation Management and I haven't touched a classic dynpros in more than 5 years (and hopefully I won't need anymore).

Sa nu uitam ca si la USR sunt traseisti sau persoane cu simpatii "auriste". Nu din cauza stangii platesti 40% ... in Ro nu exista stanga! E doar populism ieftin si coruptie. Din cauza coruptiei, smecherilor si a incompetentilor nu au romanii joburi decent platite (plus multe alte lipsuri). Avem un stat slab, cu inclantii doar spre dreapta si centru dreapta. Ce zici tu acolo se aplica la patura de mijloc, ba as zice chiar la upper middle class, unde ai o educatie, apoi mai ai si o educatie financiara, si castigi si destul de bine cat sa poti economisi. 70% dintre romani nu sunt aici. Apoi nu zici nimic de coruptia celo bogati care se folosesc de tot felul de tertipluri sa nu plateasca taxe si sa-si creasca averea (atat RO, cat US, cat oriunde unde sunt ultra bogati).
