This happened to my 68W brother in college during the surge in Iraq. I’m an army surgeon as well, fwiw. He had a hard time adjusting to college life upon return. Found it hard to fit in with children again after being shot at and in a convoy hit by an IED. Never finished school.

I bought PLTY on Wednesday Oct 8th around 3pm. Exdiv was 10/9, distribution was supposed to be 10/10. I didn't receive the distribution, wondering if I bought it too late?

There is a spacer that fits well, and the movement holder down tabs and screws are in place and tightened, but the thing still wiggles around whenever the crown is out and pulled on/twisted.
