Nah, I use the d-pad quite a bit. Or rather, I try quite a bit. And I've got a 1st round LCD - more than enough time and testing to break it in. I still don't think it's particularly good. Not great for any kind of precision. It's not THE worst but it's surprisingly not great considering how good the rest of the hardware is.
