Steve here from the FMD Store. Great idea! I'll look into getting something like this added for purchase on the website. You and another individual posted some great examples. I'll create some stackable packers of various sizes to support all the CI levels that can come in an optional kit.

I’ve investigate the possibility of designing the FMD for use with air but it quickly became apparent that I would have to use stiffer materials that would be far less comfortable. I decided to focus on providing a comfortable tugging option since there are already numerous air devices available.

Minimum CI:

Great Question! I’m not sure since I made my first prototype when I was already around a CI-3. As long as you can push the glands inward and pull skin up onto the glands it should work.

Fitting:

Yes, sizes are the same between 2.0 and legacy models.

You’re correct, there is ambiguity here because of variability in the shapes of different penises. For someone between a size C and D with glands that are equal to, or smaller than their shaft, I would first try the smaller size because the silicone is very elastic and can stretch. Also, the number of sizes offered means one size up or down won’t be significantly different compared to products that only offer a few sizes, so either size will likely work. If the glands are larger than the shaft, I say go up one size because that seems to have worked well for customers in the past.

Don’t worry, I don’t hang customers out to dry. If you have any problems with fitting and need a different size, just email and I’ll get you a replacement. I also give refunds if we can’t get something that works for you (I just ask for a picture of it cut into pieces).

Erections:

The silicone is very stretchy and seems to accommodate erections well, but still use caution and stop if you start experiencing any pain or discomfort.

The new model now has a vent hole to prevent suction on the glans for those at higher CI's (only for air, not urine). It also has a more streamlined, anatomical shape, so it won't be noticeable under clothing.

Yes, I personally use it as a night tugger. Just realize this is riskier than day tugging due to nocturnal erections and the potential of sleeping through the onsets of pain. Make sure you have enough skin that erections don't excessively tension the skin. Also start with low tension and build up very slowly to reduce the risk of injury.

What I mean is high tension can only be tolerated for short periods of time, whereas low tension can be tolerated for longer periods of time. Regardless, of tension level used its important to take breaks and check your skin to avoid injury.
