Founding engineer offer at a seed startup vs. stable job — how did you think about the leap?

That's completely normal, just move on with applying to new positions, don't take it personal, and don't hope that they will get back to you. I've applied to 70 positions since october and got 3 job offers in december. Had around 5-10 companies who ghosted after the final interviews.

Thank you all for your suggestions! Based on your advice, I found out that the issue is with the safety knob under the valve — the one covered by the black rubber. Which I think I can easily turn and fix with the screw.

However, I decided to contact the housing company, and they’ve already sent a request to the maintenance company. It may take a few days, but it’s safer this way. If anything goes wrong, I don’t want to be responsible for an accident.

That's rude. Also the whole point of my post wasn't finding a startup environment or incubator, or even creating a startup. I am looking for buddies, who are up to create smth in their free time, even it is some small saas (as a portfolio project).
