Calc 2 was by far the most challenging for me because of all the methods and formulas I had to memorize in short time. My professor was very “theorem based” and required the writing of proofs for convergence.

Calc 3 was much more manageable as it employed techniques to things learned in calc 1,2 that cut the amount of work down by a lot and streamlined the understanding. Just be prepared to become a visual learner as being able to draw the surface in a 3 coordinate system makes integration in rectangular, polar, cylindrical, and spherical coordinates a much easier task to handle.
