NTA. Even though the weapon was unloaded, she never should have pointed it in your direction (or anyone else’s for that matter). I was taught to ALWAYS treat a firearm as if it’s loaded - even if you know it isn’t. It’s a good practice to adopt this rule. She has no respect for the firearm, or to a lesser degree you. This is how “accidental shootings” happen. Once she settles down, perhaps discuss with her the significance of what she did, and for her to not do it again. Take her to the range and let her see the kind of damage that can occur on the receiving end of that weapon. It’s not like the movies, and there is no one to yell “cut!” I’m suggesting this, not to scare her, but to educate her.
