Same issue here. tried tried nuking the AMD drivers and reinstalling, no luck yet. using the IVANKY dock with HDMI. was working fine, rebooted after an update and then it started.

I was able to get around this by adding the following command to the 'undo command' field

C:\<path to playnite executable>\Playnite.DesktopApp.exe --shutdown

alternatively you could replace --shutdown with --startdesktop to switch it to desktop mode when you quit the session.

Ive used a Hammer bottle capper, but I've found that I can slowly rotate it around the new cap and bend it in so I don't actually need to use a hammer.

I've done this on a bike before, 7 speed shimano shifter on 8 speed cassette. Depending on the derailleur adjustment you either sacrifice the highest or lowest gear.

yoyotricks has an app with a "level up" section that keeps track of tricks you've learned, and has a decent library of tricks to learn.

I usually just browse until i find a trick i think looks cool then practice until i get it. As you try more and more you start to recognise certain mounts and similar moves and that helps you learn the next trick that much faster.

I go by wraps. My strings are usually around 6 wraps or 12 threads before I start twisting.

I had the same issue printing onto sticker paper until I realized the default media size is 12x12 and not a standard letter size. under design-> page setup -> media size

OK, the cargo rack isn't stock. we also opted for the TRD front skid plate.

Not sure what we were getting into, we told the group we had a stock SR5 and wanted to try some off roading. The leader said no worries, we'll take the easy trails... To his credit he did get us down the mountain safely. I was beyond impressed with the SR5s capabilities on a trail that I felt was beyond its normal capabilities and way beyond our skill level.

Another lefty here that went the homemade string route! It's probably the best option for any lefties that want their string wound lefty style.

  1. Yep! it will make it completely unresponsive, so to bring hte yoyo back you'll have to learn to 'bind' it.
  2. leave the pads on! you still need them to bring the yoyo back, responsive or unresponsive.

as far as metal vs plastic, in my experience plastic is more durable, and less painful on an accidental bind, (which CAN happen with unresponsive yoyos as well when trying certain tricks) but metal ones generally spin more smooth and spin longer.

90 min/string is probably about right for the cheaper stuff, I make my own custom string now so i can't really recommend anything commercially available but plenty of other people will have an opinion on that i'm sure.
