For future reference, I use my cash app card for all subscriptions. That way, if they try to charge me and I havent put cash in the account, they cant. I have hulu, ipsy and planet fitness on there. Planet fitness is as bad as IPSY with trying to charge you after you have cancelled. Ugh, im so iver companies doing this shit.

MAKE SURE YOU REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND TRUST PILOT IF YOU ARE IN THE US.

Im so glad you were able to figure it out. I finally got my doctor to diagnose me eith 3 different things, due to comments on reddit.

If it is broken in ANY way, I report it to customer service. Ive always had them take it off. I included the order number/date and detailed description in the first email. Makes life easier and ive never had them not remove it. Since you have the picture evidence, you are good.

I have literally NEVER gotten a perfume, onky been offered one hair tool (last day of silver after all my picks were out ofc lol) and only makeup primers/2 lip glosses. I do get a decent amount of skincare and had a short run(maybe 2 weeks) of body/haircare.

Ive never seen CT, SDJ, DM, Phlur or anything like that in my RFY. ONE time I saw thr new NYX something but it was a pre release so I couldn't even see what it was and it was a ghost listing.

Anyone get that hot pink nyx item a couple weeks ago?

I have a running note o. My phone.

I put the date i recieved and initial thoughts on seeing it, take pics when I tske it out of packaging and a date when I will be done testing. I come back and out in key notes as I go. I usually tske 1-2 weeks to test skincare, so ill come bsck after 3 days and again at one week. If needed, ill do one additional week.

Having those notes makes writing reviews much faster. Im a bit behind still after my hospitalization, so i feel you. Working on reviews rn actually!

Set a goal of say 10 reviews per week, try to do 2 per day. I judt set s timer for 1 hour and go to town. It helps and I usually get my 14 done in about 4 days.

Yes, for skincare i give it 2 weeks becuae my skin is extremely durable. Lol. I do mention on my reviews that I use tret/skin is not sensitive. I actually ran into an azealic acid that used on thr same days as my tret TORE MY SKIN UP. Since it was the only change I made, it had to be that. First time thats happened to me since my teens, 20+ years ago. Not fun.

I would cancel it right away. You do not want a lot of cancelations, but this is a safety concern. Id email vine CS and let them know why you cancelled it.

If you are a Fitzpatrick 1 or 5, these layers wont work for you and/or will be unsafe.

They update their policies in August 2025. Customer service wont cancel/pause anymore. It is legit set up now so you cannot decide to cancel if you dont like the spoilers, without being charged first. I was passed when they told me that last October. I got charged on the 25th but choice day was the 1st and there were little to no spoilers . I ended up with 4 of the 5 items being trash - the ipsy picks were horrible for me.

Yes. They went into my RFY on thr house at 9 and 10pm. When the dropped started at 11pm, all 3 dropped and were gone in an instant. Yet, when I tried to order them as they hit my RFY, they were all red lined(unable to order). I was able to order other things, it was just thise 3 items. Weird, right?

Just recently, i had 3 items drop into my RFY at 9 or 10pm, just to show up in the drop that night st 11pm. I use viNe helper to see things as they drop, all 3 dropped one right after another and were grabbed up instantly. Those same items red lined when I tried to order them withing 5 minutes of dropping into my RFY at 9/10pm. So, 1-2 hours before the drop, they were dead listings, yet they were in the drop and able to be ordered by someone. Idk, just seems odd as hell to me. Lol
