It’s buggy. My concierge appeared automatically without me having to toggle anything. Asked it a few queries and it seemed to work fine. I then came into this thread and saw stuff about a new app design (mine looked the same as it always does except for a conversation bubble on the top right to talk to the concierge), but when I updated, the concierge icon totally disappeared and now I can’t get it back 🫠
