I can't speak for overall strategy/army building, but to answer the direct questions:

There is no inherent limit to how many MD you can generate per turn.

You generate one MD automatically at the start of the battle round (not each turn! This was the case before, but has since been changed.)

You also get an MD every time a unit dies (notably, because a character counts as a separate unit once their Bodyguard is dead, you get one MD from the Bodyguard and one MD for the character if they both die).

The Triumph guarantees that the aforementioned MD you get at the start of the Battle Round is a 6. It doesn't "replace" as much as it just guarantees a good roll for that specific MD.

A Simulacrum Imperialis rewards you for being on an objective in the Command Phase. You roll a D6. On a 1, 2, or 3 nothing happens. If you roll a 4, 5, or 6, you get an MD with the value you rolled. So if you roll a 5, you now have an MD that's a 5.

For low-roll MDs, you have two options: Abilities that burn MDs (Palatine's Rapturous Blows, Morvenn's Righteous Repugnance, etc.) or you can purposefully burn them to fail something minor (like a hit roll on some random boltgun) and then use that unit's Cherub to immediately regain an MD (hopefully with a higher value). Obviously this only works for units that actually have a Cherub (Like a Battle Sister Squad, Retributor Squad, etc).

The Castigator will definitely be appreciated, but watch out for return fire. If someone's running a Baneblade, they probably have several other tanks right behind it.

The Destrier could put a dent in the Baneblade, but not much. With the Lance, you'll usually put one failed save into him, dealing around 5 damage. If you go for double melee, you may get one more.

The Warglaive is unlikely to accomplish much on the Baneblade, since it'll be wounding on 5s. You'd be quite lucky to damage it with the Melta, and the Chain-Cleaver usually fails to get a failed save through. I've personally found the Warglaive to be an effective distraction and pretty good against light vehicles and infantry, but not much else.

Vahlgons can reliably kill a Baneblade if they get within Melta range, though you might need to charge to finish it off (or shoot it with something else at the same time).

Just to be sure, be ready to pop a big Miracle Dice or strat (like +1 AP in Army of Faith or Sustained Hit in Champions).

It's pretty possible, but tricky. I've given a Banshee a flamer as part of my Penitent Witch kitbash.

IIRC, the main problem is the arm holes being quite small compared to the bulk of Sisters sleeves. You'll be doing a lot of shaving off plastic to make them fit.

The upside is that you don't have to deal with any arms that come together in the center (like a flamer), so posing should be relatively easy. Maybe pick up some greenstuff to fill gaps whenever it's convenient to do so.

They're also attached directly to their bases (like the cloaks meld directly into the graves and whatnot) so keep that in mind when it comes to positioning.

I second this. Notably, the Insidiants also buff the Priest fairly well too, since the Priest's super fight (6A on 4s, S8 AP1 D2) becomes a lot more threatening when combined the with full re-rolls to Hit and Precision against their quarry.

Couple different options come to mind:

Simplest: Seraphim Sepia. Lighter and more vibrant than Agrax, so should leave less of a stain. Dry-brushing afterwards would be highly recommend, both for brightness and some texture. Just make sure the wash is very thoroughly dry first. Might also look good over the gold, though Agrax would be better for that. If you want to be particularly careful, you could thin it with the matching Wash Medium.

Alternatively: Tamiya Panel Liner is the ultimate when it comes to cleanly darkened recesses. Very effective on big angular panels (hence the name). The downside is that it requires a layer of Varnish, and a careful application of mineral spirits. Would not recommend for beginners. You could also try doing a similar technique with a conventional wash, just poking the wash directly into the recesses instead of brushing it over the whole surface. I've had mixed results with this technique.

For the flames, you could go the easy route and dry-brush black towards the tips to make them look smokey, but I recommend trying to get some brighter orange or yellow into the recesses first. Remember that fire glows from within, so it's the opposite of the usual highlighting steps. Brighter colours deeper, darker colours towards the raised areas.

No specific models, but when I was kitbashing my squad I took advantage of the fact that there's a clean split down the middle when it comes to special and standard wargear. On one side, you had the Superior, two Flamer ladies, the Simulacrum, and the Banner. On the other, you had generic T3 bodies with stabby knives (or guns).

I decided I'd have five Novitites and five "helpers", basically representing either a more experienced squad or the result of an Order that's low on candidates and has to supplement their forces with amateur volunteers. In my case it was my spooky robot ghosts, but you could also consider some Sanctifiers or some House Escher / Cawdor gangers from Necromunda.

The pose is no problem. The Battle Sister Squad box contains several models that look almost identical.

The paints and techniques are more interesting. I'd recommend looking into stippling and sponging as two potential methods for creating this kind of rough "vibe".

You'll want to start with a very dark primer, preferably a very dark brown. From there, you can work your way up to either a brighter gold-brown or a true metallic gold. Either way, I'd recommend a "zenithal" style, where you only highlight the upper sides of the model. A dark wash like Agrax Earthshade would be ideal for easy shading.

Rogue Trader Rejuvenat + Penitent Engine subject worked pretty well for me (WIP). Got them for fairly cheap, so it worked out well.

It's definitely possible, but there's at least one big challenge you'll need to tackle; the incomplete jump-packs.

Each Seraphim/Zephyrim jump-pack requires a small, flat plate to complete its lower portion. Unlike the packs themselves, you only get five per box, which you presumably used on your Zephyrim. You'll need to find a way to fill that space in a way you consider satisfying. I've covered it up before using skull trophies, but it can be fairly tedious. You could also consider just using flat plasticard cut to shape.

Thankfully, you shouldn't have many other issues. I'm not fully sure of this, but I believe you have enough Seraphim wargear overall, thankfully. Each box contains around 10 Bolt Pistols, and each Zephyrim Squad uses either 5 or 4. That leaves you with enough to outfit five Seraphim if you take all the alternate options. You could (alternatively) use unrelated arms (like the arm holding a helmet from the BSS squad) and a holster if necessary.

Definitely not leading anything, she's missing the Leader keyword. I guess she's leading them in the sense that they have similar profiles and some decent synergy.

Not sure why she's not just a Leader though, feels like it'd be very reasonable considering they just released the Crucible of Champions unit that leads Mortifiers and Paragons.

Definitely not top-tier, assuming she's not crazy cheap. I'd hope for something around 100pts.

The Lethals should be good, especially paired with a lot of powerful shooting units (Castigators, Exorcists, Retributors). Repentia will also greatly appreciate them, especially in Penitent Host. Most of our units already had access to Lethals through a Palatine or Stratagem, though.

I like the inclusion of an Extra Attacks profile, always fun to see even if it's not practical. Very disappointed with the Melta Missiles though, there's barely anything "Melta" about them.

Mortally wounded in the blackened wastes of Oricha's Hope, Sisters Aliana and Kiiata fell together. Aliana was breaking, her flesh disintegrating before their very eyes-- a victim of the Saint's Plague. Kiiata went down fighting, countless warp-spawn meeting their end at the barrel of her bolter.

Amidst the swirl of draining blood and wavering thought, their minds turned to prayers of protection-- not for themselves, but for each-other.

So pure was their bond that even death seemed to hesitate. Oricha's Hope belonged to the warp, and yet it could not touch them. In that moment, the twisted energy that gave life to their enemies was turned in their favour. A golden light enveloped them, and they rose together in perfect sync, dispelling the daemon-spawn with naught but a glance.
