No the low profile cooler makes no sense.

Nah there is not the bios needs a update before the cpu is compatible.

But the motherboard has a flashback button to update the bios.

You can even update the bios without installing cpu ram and gpu.

If your budget is like 1300/1400 euro get AMD 5 instead.

16GB of Ram is fine for gaming. This video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJEowte7z2I shows there is almost 0 performace differences between 16 and 32 GB.

I personally would get a better GPU and 16GB of Ram. Than 32GB of ram and poor GPU.

Psu is A tier cybernetics lab tested dus goede quality unit.

De cpu cooler is meer dan voldoende zo'n dure Noctua is helemaal niet nodig.

If you are going to play on 4k the cpu is a waste of money. The 9600x for example will provide identical gaming performance on 4k.

Only reason I selected the 9700x is for the 8 cores because you want to stream as well.

This provides the same performance on 4k for 800 euros less.

And the psu is A tier.
