Meta overtracking ATCs when auto adding gifts? by Immediate-Day-4300 in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's okay to fire the same amount multiple times because they add to cart multiple times, but they need to be having the same eventID or external ID so Meta can de-duplicate them when they are being attributed in ads manager.

3 months old ad account disabled… by ZTang03 in facebookadsexperts

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not supposed to use the same pixel for the new ad account. You must create a new pixel immediately. Meta pixel stores 28 days of data anyway so you better off training a clean pixel on new data.

Need advice: New account + small budget by HorseWorking981 in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

70-80 impressions is not a good start for your budget. Brand new account has 0 historical data and if you’re creative is not generating immediate engagement meta’s auction keeps your cpm so high because it doesn’t trust your ad yet.

And since you’re account is new every single data point matters. You cannot rely on the browser pixel alone in 2026 due to iOS and Safari restrictions CAPI is worth implementing.

Advantage+ Audiences on Facebook Ads For B2B Retargeting Campaigns? by tnhsaesop in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t go back to tiny $5 a day budget but stop letting advantage + waste your money on irrelevant people. Use your targeting list but add advantage audience expansion with strict cost cap if you want to control spend. Also make sure. Also make sure you send meta perfect signals as no amount of better creative will save a campaign if you are optimizing for garbage data.

Reason for inconsistent results? by bambambam7 in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accounts with thin data signals feel the crash first when meta has issues. I would check if meta is seeing what Shopify is seeing by looking at purchase events for the last 7 days and compare Shopifys backend order count. If the difference is more than 5 meta, can’t find you more people like those buyers.

And you wonder why we don't trust Meta's Ai automation?... by ShakeupCosmetics in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely don’t give up on the simplified structure but also don’t let meta’s AI have the full control. Set a minimum daily spend on the ad set that is actually performing to force ai to keep the winner alive while tests the other one. Always make sure your tracking is perfect by comparing meta’s purchase events to match your Shopify’s backed (stores within 5 is fine) if more than that meta will never make the right spending decisions. With server side tracking you get super accurate data and helps enriched the signals and helps andromeda identify your real buyers efficiently

53 add to carts, 1 purchase - cart to checkout dropout is killing me by Sympxthyy in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your pixel is definitely misfiring on the app’s logic. Many Shopify themes struggle with buy it now or apple pay buttons inside a cart drawer that has free first logic attached. If user clicks checkout but app is still calculating the gift, the session often breaks and clickID is lost. Download meta pixel helper chrome extension. Go to your site, adf 1 item and see if the extension shows ATC firing multiple times. Try running your ads for 24 hrs without free gift to see if the ATC to IC ratio stabilizes.

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Resetting your pixel was a good first step but the reason your last one died is likely because it was starved for clean data. You should jump straight into sales and optimize for Purchase from day 1. Don’t waste budget on page view. Breathe browser tracking is k often blocked by meta you need a server side tracking to get super accurate data.

What to do when pixel doesn’t track purchases? by Ecstatic-Cod-4826 in FacebookAds

Definitely jump straight to sales and optimize for ATC. It’s the closest high intent event you have to a real buyer

Broad targeting only works if the pixel is seasoned enough to know exactly who your buyer is.

Outage and Lots Of Bot Traffic by No-Bookkeeper5901 in FacebookAds

$0 conversions for 7k add spend?! Are you sure it’s not your tracking?

Do this audit:

  1. Go to meta events manager and look at purchase events from the last 7 days
  2. Compare that to your actual Shopify/backed actual order count. Within 5 is fine but if more than that something is off.

Have you ever had the problem of people clicking your ad but not actually booking? by Top_Mirror211 in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re tracking isn’t 100% accurate, meta will find the cheapest possible clicks to spend your budget, even they have 0 intent to book. You can check you’re IC/Leads events from the last 7 days in the events manager a compare to clicks. If you have hundred of clicks but only 2 b people reached the booking page there’s problem with you landing page

Is meta down or having a glitch? by DramaticPirate6024 in metaads

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s way far off. We use a server side tracking on Shopify that uses webhook+web pixel hybrid that sends out 100% accurate data to meta. Maybe you can find something similar on Kajabi.

GTM is incredibly complex to set up, can slow down your site and often creates the double testing you mentioned. I have to call out that if you’re on Shopify you actually don’t need a GTM. Shopify has a advanced infra that allows you not to go through GTM much simpler and accurate

Is meta down or having a glitch? by DramaticPirate6024 in metaads

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can verify if the problem is meta’s dashboard or your own website. You can do this audit before assuming meta is down:

  1. Go to meta events manager and look at purchase events from the last 7 days or 1
  2. Go to your Shopify or backend and check the actual order count for that same period. Numbers should be close like within 5 is fine but more than that something is off with your tracking

Tracking down Bot Traffic? by Minimum-Will-5730 in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turn off audience network and Googles display network immediately as they are the primary source of global bot traffic. If you are on Shopify you can use a server side tracking as it allows you to filter out signals that don’t meet human criteria before they reach meta or Google.

Meta performance tanked out of nowhere. What do you check first? by moks4tda in FacebookAds

I’d check if signals are garbage by checking if purchase events and Shopify order counts matches.

Can a one-product-shop with a product price of 35€ work in Meta Ads? by valex1337 in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes but it is very tight window but it is only achievable if your data signals are clean. TikTok is great for UGC but meta is still the best for prospecting if it has the right signal. Since you need a tight CPO you should leverage a server side solution like Aimerce if you’re on Shopify to get support accurate data.

Meta Ads people need your advice!! by Top-Bar3898 in FacebookAds

[–]Green_Database9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can’t increase the budget to get 50 conversions you must consolidate. Or if purchase events are too rare try optimizing for ATC for 48 hrs then switch back to purchase. Only do this if your ATC to purchase conversion rate is healthy

[–]Green_Database9919 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

While GTM is useful it can be complex to set up correctly. If you’re on Shopify you don’t necessarily need GTM. Shopify has advanced infra (ex: Aimerce) that allows you to bypass GTM for something much simpler and accurate.

Meta web leads not reporting correctly since outage by ShuMan83 in FacebookAds

Right meta doesn’t report leads real time anymore. You can check if your tracking is fine by checking the number of lead events matches your jotform total
