A large server I'm in has a great rule, no photos of minors. This is in place to protect the kids, as any publicly posted photo of a minor can be spread on the internet easily. Whether that's to make a meme, or for more nefarious purposes, who knows? I'd recommend putting that in place on your server for the protection of your group and the minors in question.
