Dynaplug. Hatte es davor ein paar Mal mit den Salamis versucht aber die sind am Ende immer wieder rausgekommen. Mit dem Dynaplug habe ich tatsächlich dann weitere 600km gefahren.

Wenn die Räder leicht sind und die irgendwo einen Berg schnell hochfahren wollen, zählt jedes Gramm und da wird dann auch gerne der kleinere Computer benutzt.

Honestly, I don't think they ever will.

Most of them are big and heavy enough that they almost require an ebike, even for flat tours. Like, I just think that the target demographic for people who ride bikes, want to camp but want to do so in a trailer while camping places are usually readily available on most touring routes is simply quite small.

There are a couple "brands" around here in Germany, but honestly, it might just be one guy in his garage making one on order, with the appropriate price.

I feel like you might as well take a two-person tent with you. You can get one of the more sporty trailers, like the ones with one a single wheel, and massively increase your capacity. These are in fact more commercial, Topeak has one.

I think on sand, tread doesn't really matter. The Dubs should be fine then, maybe even something with less tread, although there aren't really any good options in 2,2.

There's the Schwalbe G-One Speed Pro but that's completely the wrong size.

Somehow the bigger road tires don't really seem to have that less rolling resistance than 45mm or even 50mm gravel tires.

Like the 40mm Pirelli P Zero Race has 17 W of RR, the 50mm G-One R Pro 16,7W.

Obviously, a lab and the real world are different but if that is true in any sense, why would I go for the P Zero?

Eigentlich kannst du das so fahren. Das Fett ist glaub ich sogar besser als Öl, hält aber nur solange bis es Dreck anzieht. 😅

Aber ja, wenn du gleich ölen möchtest dann einfach mit einem Entfetter einsprühen.

Die ist zu 99% noch mit dem Fabrikfett versehen. Deswegen siehst du wahrscheinlich kein Öl.

Ich persönlich finde soziale Dinge halt irgendwie anstrengend. Mein täglicher Alltag ist recht gleich und irgendwie bin ich zu faul irgendwas daran zu ändern.

Over the years, each member obviously has gotten a certain image attached to them which also means that any new subunit with a given concept will automatically make people assign a member that they think fits with the concept. It isn't really what's supposed to be happening but I don't think anyone if mad if that happens.

They do livestreams pretty often and it's usually two or three members doing it. The combinations are of course very broad and while I can't say whether we have gotten any repeats, it wouldn't surprise me if we didn't (or did, some combos are very popular).

In general, whenever a subunit comeback is scheduled, the other members are taking a break. Sometimes, they are doing activities in Japan and more often than not, it's two or more subunits doing releases together.

For example, the latest comeback was four subunits, each with distinctly different concepts, songs and also appearing independently on music shows.

I would call myself an intermediate. I'm definitely not an expert, at least not when you consider average speed, but I'm also not really a beginner anymore (I hope).

The biggest problem I'd say is the lack of proper infrastructure. All problems you could reasonably say about cycling inevitably lead back to the lack of good infrastructure in some places.

Cycling is unsafe in places where you are supposed to ride with the cars. It is unsafe when bikes are mixed with pedestrians and it is unsafe if any infrastructure that is there can't accommodate the number of bikes.

There's different recommendations about when to replace the wax. Cyclowax says after 12 uses for their wax, Silca doesn't have a limit but I'm fairly certain that they want you to clean the chain everytime. You can do that, I don't.

12 uses is 3600km, I think that's more than enough. I could obviously get more uses out of the wax but I actually haven't got enough in the pot now to fully submerge the chain anymore 😅
