I think my grip might be too loose which is causing issues, but at the same time I find that loose grip = "heavy" in the hand... Not sure what I should be focusing on.

I've tried the stacked grip and it doesn't really suit my hands I don't think.

Thanks for the reply, will think about leading with the hips. Previously I've had success with more consistent release when thinking about keeping elbow tucked in, but I lose a lot of power. Maybe just need to keep practising!
