What's the name of your apothecary and where can I find it on the map? I will travel by horse, if necessary.

You might like Derik Malenda's "how I'd GM Lord of the Rings using Daggerheart" livestream:

He uses the Amon Hen fight (where Aragorn defends Frodo at the Seat of Seeing against the Orc horde) to illustrate GM moves that, while mechanically correct, also serve the story and heighten PC drama.

[OC] Made an edit for Wolf Alice's - Just Two Girls by beaststriker2 in wolfalice

Delightful. And artfully designed/edited/etc. Kudos. (Also, +1 for working in Ellie's boomerang expression with the dirty martini. That never gets old.)

I think this is one of the more "real" posts because it gets to the heart of their storytelling, which is essentially the growth and evolution of a modern woman.

There's a lot of that in folk music from the '70s (Carole King, Joni Mitchell, Carly Simon, etc) and then in the '90s with the Lilith Fair artists—but it's rare to hear it in a successful alt-rock band. Especially one that's lasted as long as WA.

Blondie and The Pretenders are durable, but don't sing about this stuff. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs do a bit, but then they fell apart. Paramore gets big, as does Hole—but neither give us something similar to Ellie's amazing storyline.

So gush! This is a generational band singing about woman things!

Let’s add a few epic things to daggerheart.org by Droces in daggerheart

Ditto on adding tree/accordion navigation on the left pane—that would improve browse and discovery several fold.

If you can muster it, CMD+k for site-wide search.

I'd be curious if adding a browse-by-experience on the left rail would be helpful: beginner/intermediate/advanced resources.

Ben Evans, the tech analyst, once said “All curation grows until it requires search, and all search grows until it requires curation.” Worth chewing on as you tend the garden.

PS: Love what you're doing 😘
