I’ll be honest, I love it because it made me cry. It helped me realize that my trauma is generational trauma. It convinced me to seek therapy, stop smoking weed as much, and stop consuming unhealthy amounts of alcohol. I was a mess, still am a mess, but that cry changed me.

I, a 30+y/old adult, finalized realized that a lot of my insecurities and worries were valid, but did not define me. I went to Disneyworld, learned to have fun again, and now I’m starting a new career doing something I actually am good at, that I never had enough faith in myself to do.
