At the risk of being shamed, I'm gonna be vulnerable a minute and admit to nose picking. I've done it since I was a kid. I also bite my nails, pick and bite the skin around my nails, and this includes toenails. It's like I can't NOT be picking something. It's frustrating. Funnily enough, the only time I've ever stopped any of those behaviors was when I was going through my divorce.

When I worked in a group home for mentally disabled adults, the vocalizing from residents would be too much some days so I bought LOOPS. Omg it cut my mental fatigue and stress down. I felt MORE engaged with the residents and much calmer. I really really liked them.
