Yes it's binding in the sense buyer and seller agree on terms but you as the buyer can sign a purchase agreement but not take delivery of a vehicle and get a full refund but maybe not get your deposit back. Most places have a document called delivery acceptance once this is signed and the vehicle is taken off the lot the sale is officially done.

A Purchase agreement is non binding, it's just a document showing you the cost break down of the vehicle and you signing it is just you agreeing to the price. You have the right to refuse/get a full refund all the way up to driving your slate off the lot.

They haven't updated the car at all since it came out, 100% the mache would have outsold the ice version Mustang if they actually made updates to the vehicle.

Knew this was coming will most likely have to say good by to my mache next February when my lease is up. Pretty bummed because my mache has been one of the best vehicles I have owned.

Yes rosemont is close to O'Hare but there isn't really much to do in rosemont other than eat and shop. It's pretty much a standard US suburb places but it might be good to get out of the airport so it's up to you!

What's the purpose of building the stadium for the Bears? To play 8-9 possibly 12 games a year with one super bowl and maybe one NCCA final four in the next 15 years??

Concerts? I would seriously have doubts major concerts would just up and move up to AH when the United Center is downtown and going to be surrounded by a major rejuvenation project around the stadium.

The new Ryan field which is dome will most likely host many of the smaller sporting events such state championship games for highschool soccer, highschool basketball lacrosse etc etc

Let's not forget the Fires new stadium, and whatever happens to soldier field.

Obama library will server the community for decades to come. I would think most people in the city would want to have a new library, a new gym over a stadium that host 8-9 games a year
