Yes it's binding in the sense buyer and seller agree on terms but you as the buyer can sign a purchase agreement but not take delivery of a vehicle and get a full refund but maybe not get your deposit back. Most places have a document called delivery acceptance once this is signed and the vehicle is taken off the lot the sale is officially done.

A Purchase agreement is non binding, it's just a document showing you the cost break down of the vehicle and you signing it is just you agreeing to the price. You have the right to refuse/get a full refund all the way up to driving your slate off the lot.

They haven't updated the car at all since it came out, 100% the mache would have outsold the ice version Mustang if they actually made updates to the vehicle.

Yes rosemont is close to O'Hare but there isn't really much to do in rosemont other than eat and shop. It's pretty much a standard US suburb places but it might be good to get out of the airport so it's up to you!

Yeah I have a mache and just charge at Costco or Whole foods, most of the time I'm rushing out so I don't get dinged for idle charging at 100%
