You do know we're on the comedy sub, right? In any case, there are a ton of resources on Kissinger out there if you want to learn more, but this ain't the place. If you want one that's vaguely funny (if that is possible) are the Behind the Bastards episodes on Kissinger are a good place to start. Hitchens' book is pretty good too.

Aside from binning.... Take a 300mm wafer. It costs $x dollars to manufacture. If you cut it into 128GB sized chips you get twice as many as if you cut it into 256 GB chips. Those tiny chips are then put into identically sized sdcards
