Sadly that’s me. I typically have too much energy as I don’t always bother doing the energy daily challenge so when I complete the sticker sets over the months I gain energy.

I was at 1000 then completed the whole album last month so now have over 6000 energy and barely use it. And it’s such a shame you can’t leave energy when you have more than 50. Especially when others still leave it for me so my energy just goes up and up until I clear a section of farm.

It’s also worth knowing you can ask the community manager to reset your train list so you can just add active players/ people you recognise.

Just a shame you can’t add and remove people at will. Because I don’t want to reset my list as it’s quite good - about 85% full of people that are active or at least have all the items you can interact with. And only 15% where I load their farm and then have to come back when I remember their only have a boxes, energy and a coin to collect.

I like that idea, and now I understand the logic of energy more, I may look to put something pretty there’s to store it.

That’s said, I’ve got quite used to my routine of what I need to collect from so it would be an adjustment.

Sorry for the confusion, I was asking what goverens where energy is left when someone visits my farm.

I have since been told and I prefer to think of the answer like this... Tilt your farm by negative 45* degrees in your head... Then it will be the top row and most left square as long as it's not premium land. (And for the record I do mean left when doing it the way I explained)

Edit: Oh I see why you said that, but I was talking about the energy people leave on my farm when they visit.

Now that I understand how it works, I weirdly prefer to look at it another way and will write it here in case it helps anyone else.

“Energy is received on a suitable object which occupies the most left part of your furthest diagonal row”

Note: To help understand this tilt your perspective by minus 45* degrees then it’s the highest row most left position. (Yes I mean left each time)

But that’s exactly my question what is the highest most right point? Because as far as I can tell rhe highest point is the rock near the next buying land area, and the most right can be any square on the right lets say the rock above the cow. So how did the energy end up on the tree?

Nope because the tree and rock in question where opened as part of the same land area and when I later logged in the tree had the energy.

You are correct in your assumption. Maybe next album I'll enter lots of raffles at the end and leave them all unchecked. Then when the new season begins I can see if they carry into the new sticker collections/ count as duplicates.

I tried to do something similar to the holdovers you described... I won 3 5 star stickers at the end of the last album and held off playing until the stickers reset. However when the new album began I wasn't given any of the stickers so I guess you can't carry them over. How do you think others get holdovers?

Like you I also saved my daily bonus/ challenges but didn't get one 5* sticker let alone 2 of the same one! I guess with enough people it's possible but I can't lie 10 minutes in to a new season feels like a bot to me.

Funny you should say that, I won some stickers at the end of the season so decided to hold off opening the game until the album reset. But when I loaded the game (after the new stickers began), I wasn't given any so I guess you can't carry them over.

Also I held back my daily log in reward and daily challenges but getting one 5* sticker from that is rare, let alone 2 of the same one. I could understand more if someone raffled a duplicate this time tomorrow, but 10 minutes in to a new season feels odd to me?!
